We say people need to put hands on keyboard to understand what’s possible with AI.
But most teams are already stretched thin. 150% at work. Life at home. Not enough hours in the day.
If we want people to really learn and grow, we have to make space for it. That means:
➡︎ Showing what good looks like, not just telling them to figure it out
➡︎ Giving them training, tools, and support
➡︎ Creating a safe space to learn without fear of messing up
As GTM leaders, we can’t just push AI. We have to bring people along with empathy and grace.
That’s not AI-first. That’s people-first, AI-forward.
