Google’s NotebookLM now creates short video explainers with Nano Banana (image creation) in multiple languages. I tested it with my newsletter on “AI is only as sharp as your questions” and asked for a video in Filipino. (Link in the comments.)
I chose Filipino because I understand it. And I thought it’s a good one to demo because the language naturally mixes Filipino, Spanish, and English. So when you view the 2.5-min video, you’ll be able to pick up some words.
The result was clear and engaging. We often focus on translating content, but multi-format AND multilingual? That’s how you reach people across different learning styles and language preferences. Video + voice + native language creates access that text translation alone can’t.
Try it. Go to notebooklm.google.com. Give it a file or URL. Choose video and select the format, language, and visual style.
Enjoy and have a great weekend!
