I asked AI for a quick way to reset and recharge during my day. Claude delivered!
All I did was ask it to build a simple interactive app to help me take mindful breaks. No code. Seconds later, it gave me MindfulMoments.
It gives you three break styles, each with three quick 20-second activities:
Energy Boost: stretches, desk push-ups, chair twists
Calm & Center: box breathing, energy breath, relaxing breath
Mental Reset: 5-4-3-2-1 senses, quick visualization, gratitude moment
It even has a built-in countdown timer and little nudges of encouragement along the way.
